Went about a mile and a half on my bicycle. Still don't have my strength back. As soon as I tried to take on the Tillicum Crossing Bridge my legs gave out.
Prowl car checked me out in my reflector vest.
The ride didn't help me sleep when I got home but now my legs ache. Sheesh!
and it's all filled out and ready to drop off. Long night of insomnia so it may not happen today since I'm getting sleepy now at 5am.
When I see the publicity of all these famous people who are younger than me being found dead it reminds me of my own mortality. People I went to high school with are dead!
On the other hand mom is still breathing at 93. That and eating and having someone change her and having someone remind her who her relatives are and what day it is.
There are two sides to being mortal.
I am going!
It doesn't look like I'll have a job to go to instead so WTF.
I like trains and can't think of a better place to be with a camera or two.
I think I'll go back and forth between Union Station and the engine house across the street from OMSI. Easy to do on the Yellow/Orange line.
Maybe catch OPR at the MAX diamonds (<-- Train talk. Makes me feel ejumicated).
Yes, I still exist.
I quit Lowe's as I indicated that I might. I left in September. I've been unemployed since.
My health has not been great. I am having drug reaction issues for the first time in my life. I was pretty sick until I quit one drug and without it there are other new issues to fight. My feet and ankles are swelling up to the point that it is on the verge of painful. I'm turning into an old lady before my time! AAAAuhg!
My rent is covered so far by a VASH voucher and I get SNAP so I am surviving but it can get tight. There are plenty of food banks if the SNAP runs out before it renews.
I keep meaning to go get some pictures and/or video of the Oregon Pacific Railroad line nearby Many Portlanders don't even know about it but they may now that it crosses the new MAX Orange line at a pair of diamonds right at the railroad museum. I'd love to get a vid of the OPR waiting at the crossing for the MAX.
All for now
June 2017 is my 60th birthday. Where did the time go?
