Ah, yes. Its 9:30 pm and the wall banging has started for the night.
Someone takes exception to hearing something through the 100 year old walls and so they bang on the wall. This banging is transmitted to every room that shares that wall on any floor. This causes others to bang on their walls to shut up the guy banging his wall to shut up the person who farted too loud. Now for everyone banging on the wall, everyone who can hear that person banging starts banging. Then more people start banging to stop them from banging trying to stop others from banging to stop the first few from banging to stop the guy with gas from farting. and it will probably stop some time about 9:00 tomorrow morning.
I'm getting pretty good at mopping the water that spills from my shower up to the drain in the floor.
When I discovered that the drain was high and dry when the rest of the floor was sopping I recalled how most parking lots in and around Denver have the drains on the sides of the depressions that seems to be common in them This makes for fun wading pools during monsoon season... assuming you like to wade in oily water.
This building has an excuse though. It was built in the early 1900s No mater how many coats of paint you put on it it is OLD.
June 2017 is my 60th birthday. Where did the time go?
