When I discovered that the drain was high and dry when the rest of the floor was sopping I recalled how most parking lots in and around Denver have the drains on the sides of the depressions that seems to be common in them This makes for fun wading pools during monsoon season... assuming you like to wade in oily water.
This building has an excuse though. It was built in the early 1900s No mater how many coats of paint you put on it it is OLD.
